1、 Customer type

A large foreign-funded automobile manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong, mainly engaged in the full process of vehicle research and development, stamping, welding, and final assembly. This is the capacity expansion project of EEC's new factory in Rayong, Thailand. The export equipment is the core production equipment of the whole vehicle. The equipment has strong precision, extremely high value, super width, super height, and overweight. It has top-level logistics operation requirements for large-scale lifting, disassembly and packaging, special container shipping, customs classification, and destination port landing.

2、 Product and cargo parameters for shipment

The exported goods this time are the standard multi station servo stamping production line for the main line of the vehicle factory (mainstream brands: Jinan Second Machine Tool/Fagsayda), which is one of the core equipment with the highest manufacturing cost and precision for the vehicle. It is mainly used for high-speed forming of car doors, engine hood, roof and other body coverings, with a total production line cost of up to 80-300 million yuan.

Single equipment and core parameters of the entire line:

Single machine dimensions (excluding robotic arm): length 5.2-6.2m x width 3.0-3.8m x height 4.8-5.5m

Single machine weight: Heavy duty drawing press 85-120 tons/set, forming/trimming press 60-90 tons/set

The specifications of the entire line are divided into two types:

4 serial production lines: total weight of 300-420 tons, on-site assembly total length of 45-55m

6 serial production lines: total weight 450-600 tons, on-site assembly total length 65-78m

3、 Customer core demands

The transportation route this time is from Guangzhou to Rayong Industrial Park in Thailand, in accordance with DAP international trade terms. The core demands of the customer revolve around the safety and compliance of oversized, high-precision, and high-value equipment

1. The equipment belongs to ultra wide, ultra high, and ultra heavy precision industrial equipment. It is strictly prohibited to collide, vibrate, or deform, and requires full precision protection and professional lifting, disassembly, and transportation throughout the process;

2. The equipment has a special structure and cannot be transported in ordinary standard containers. Special frame cabinets must be customized for transportation, and the load capacity and loading safety red line must be strictly controlled throughout the process;

3. The value of the equipment is extremely high, and sufficient logistics insurance is required to cover all risks throughout the entire chain;

4. The declaration elements of the complete production line are complex, requiring precise customs classification and rigorous review of information to ensure export customs declaration compliance and zero errors;

5. The Luoyong Industrial Park at the destination port needs to complete large-scale customs clearance, secure container lifting, and ensure the landing of heavy cranes to ensure the smooth production of the new factory.

4、 Customized disassembly and packaging protection for oversized precision equipment

Our company has arranged a dedicated technical team for heavy industrial equipment to carry out on-site operations in response to the characteristics of the servo stamping body being large, extremely heavy, and the core precision components being sensitive to vibration, impact, and moisture. Customized solid wood shockproof wooden boxes are used for independent packaging to prevent transportation vibration, water vapor erosion, and collision damage. Heavy body components should be reinforced with load-bearing capacity, marked with center of gravity, and marked with lifting points. Standardized binding and fixing structures should be reserved to adapt to dock lifting and long-distance sea transportation bumpy conditions. At the same time, inspection and opening structures should be reserved for non-destructive unpacking and verification without damaging the equipment protection structure.

5、 Special container sea freight booking plan

This batch of equipment has a height of over 4.8m and a width of over 3m, far exceeding the size limit of the 40HQ standard cabinet. Only 40FR special frame cabinets are used for transportation throughout the entire process, without top or side wall restrictions, perfectly adapting to ultra wide and ultra high equipment. At the same time, strict adherence to the sea freight load line is required, with a single container load controlled within 30 tons. Heavy base units weighing 25-28 tons are loaded separately in a single container, and small precision accessories are filled in compliance with regulations to eliminate the risk of overweight.

6、 Port special trailer container loading service

The domestic segment is fully equipped with compliant large special transport vehicles, suitable for the transportation needs of hundred ton equipment, from the Guangzhou factory directly to the dock operation area. Relying on our mature port operation system, we have standardized the entire process of dock ark, entry registration, weighing verification, container condition inspection, alignment and loading of large items, image retention, seal binding and reinforcement. All operators must hold certificates and be familiar with the operating standards for oversized equipment at the dock. The entire process should be smoothly lifted and accurately aligned to prevent displacement, collision, and uneven stress during the container loading process.
