1. Circuit analysis:

2. Customers need to provide their own qualifications for sea freight customs clearance, as follows:
1. The Vietnamese customer provides import and export qualifications

4. Products involving quality inspection and certification include: wires/cables (quality inspection time: 3-5 days)
5. Without a certificate of origin, the estimated tariffs for general products are 15% + 30% for cables/wires/nameplates/etc. + 10% VAT on the total trade amount (tariffs can be calculated based on your quotation)
3. Export documents
1. Comply with the requirements of the Customs Export Law of the People's Republic of China, and organize relevant declaration elements, invoices, contracts, and packing lists.
2. The product must not be electrified
3. Wood products require enterprises to handle the commodity inspection declaration themselves. Declare and submit for inspection through the single window. The process needs to be completed one week in advance. After completion, an export declaration must be made within 15 days, otherwise it will become invalid.
4. Products: There are numerous categories, and a customs declaration can cover up to 50 items. Any items exceeding this limit require a new customs declaration.
