Our company cooperates with customers in Hong Kong, and the goods are directly transported from the original factory to two construction sites in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, and directly delivered to the construction company.

There are many complicated links in the middle, including series of work such as delivery time, time, container matching, transportation loss control, etc.

 

First step:

According to the construction period of the site provide reserve materials. After calculating the transportation time/shipping schedule, reverse the factory's cargo pick-up time.

 

Second step:

According to the of goods, determine the container, full container and LCL, some goods are relatively small, and multiple categories need to be assembled in one container, which needs to concentrated in our company's Dongguan/Guangzhou warehouse.

 

Third step: Booking/Arranging the truck to pull the empty container the factory and our warehouse for loading and weighing after loading.

 

Fourth step, declaration after returning the container, customs declaration, preliminary draft of the bill ofading and our company's Malaysia customs clearance company.

 

Fifth step, customs clearance after arrival, if there are many containers in a single batch, as more than 10, customs clearance will apply for speeding up or providing materials for pre-audit in advance, etc., to reduce the problem of queues and low efficiency at customs clearance.

 

Sixth step, the goods needed at the construction site, after customs clearance and tax payment, are directly to the construction site at the pier by truck and unloaded.

 

Seventh step, reserve goods, arrange for transportation to the storage warehouse, classify/countlabel and store.

 

Eighth step, according to the requirements of the site, use the local fleet to flexibly distribute the stored goods and building materials, etc.

 

The whole process is carried out according to the plan. The usual time is about 12-15 days. The time error should exceed 5 days.

Since some building materials are relatively fragile, it is necessary to guide the factory to prevent damage during transportation, such as packaging methods, etc
